Modelo SECI de gestión del conocimiento: Un análisis temático con énfasis en las organizaciones agrícolas

Resumo

Objectivo: O objectivo desta investigação é identificar as tendências temáticas na gestão do conhecimento através do modelo de Socialização, Exteriorização, Combinação e Internalização (SECI) de Nonaka e Tekeuchi no campo da agricultura. Esta investigação contribui para fornecer um modelo conceptual e teórico do modelo SECI no contexto dos negócios agrícolas.
Design/Metodologia/Abordagem. Foi realizada uma análise bibliométrica onde foram considerados 2.206 documentos indexados na base de dados Scopus entre 1982 e 2024. A análise foi realizada utilizando palavras-chave dos autores para identificar tendências temáticas e coocorrências.
Resultados/Discussão. Foram identificados núcleos temáticos relacionados com a inovação e a inovação aberta. Entre os principais resultados, observa-se um notável boom na utilização do modelo nos últimos anos. No sector agrícola, a criação e transferência de conhecimento representa uma parte do modelo que tem sido cada vez mais utilizado. Destaca-se a importância de compreender e aproveitar eficazmente o modelo para promover a inovação e o desenvolvimento sustentável na agricultura, com a proposta de um modelo exploratório não linear que foca a transformação do conhecimento na sua fonte.
